ПРИВОД СЦЕПЛЕНИЯ (для EC65A) ПОВТОРНАЯ СБОРКА

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Apply brake fluid to a new O-ring.

    2. Install the new O-ring to the clutch master cylinder reservoir filler cap.

    3. Install the clutch master cylinder reservoir filler cap to the clutch master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly.

    4. Install the No. 2 clutch reservoir tube to the clutch master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly and clutch master cylinder reservoir filler cap.

    5. Install the clutch reservoir tube to the clutch master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly with the clip.

    6. Install the clutch master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly to the clutch actuator housing sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      14.9 N*m  { 152 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

    7. Connect the clutch reservoir tube to the clutch actuator housing sub-assembly with the clip.

  2. INSTALL CLUTCH STROKE SENSOR

    1. Apply MP grease to a new O-ring.

    2. Install the new O-ring to the clutch stroke sensor.

    3. Set the clutch stroke sensor so that the clutch stroke sensor side and the clutch actuator assembly side arms are in the positions shown in the illustration.

    4. Turn the clutch stroke sensor clockwise and install it with the 2 screws.
